If you are mailing, emailing, or faxing your Answer Sheet, make sure you enter the date you completed the Answer Sheet, not the date you are transmitting the sheet. Your certificate will be printed with the date indicated on the Answer Sheet as along as we receive the Answer Sheet, and you pass the course, within a reasonable time after the completion date.
If you are trying to complete your Answer Sheet with our Online Grading System and you encounter a problem, complete the paper-version of the Answer Sheet provided with your course and make sure to use the date you finished the course as the Date of Completion. We will accept stated completion dates as long as we receive the Answer Sheet from you within a reasonable time after the completion date. You may scan and email the Answer Sheet to Customer Service and a Certificate of Completion will be emailed to you.
